Faced with a siloed internal product team and an aging intranet product, the business recognised an urgent need for change. The existing system — built on outdated architecture and weighed down by legacy design and UX — struggled to deliver the seamless, collaborative experience modern employees expect.
New modular homepage concepts
Modern employees want a digital workplace that's as responsive and intelligent as their favorite apps, one that anticipates their needs and eliminates friction points throughout their workday.
Whether they're a remote sales rep quickly accessing customer data, an HR manager updating company policies, or a new hire navigating internal resources — they demand instant access, intuitive navigation, and seamless integration with their daily workflows.
The objective was to unite the fragmented teams around a singular vision: building an intranet platform that could evolve with our users' needs. This meant embracing modular architecture, implementing atomic design principles, and creating flexible systems that could scale across the enterprise. By breaking down silos between design, product, and development teams, I transformed scattered efforts into coordinated innovation.
Shifting from a feature-first mindset to a user-centered approach, every decision was validated through research and rapid prototyping. This new agility allowed us to iterate faster, fail smarter, and ultimately deliver a product that could adapt to tomorrow's workplace challenges.

• Streamlined, intuitive interface removing cognitive overhead.
• Higher staff and employee engagement.
• Employees and teams now find key information faster, increasing productivity.
