I've spent over seven years designing complex enterprise products — the kind used by support agents, knowledge workers, and engineering teams. The work I care about is where deep technical systems meet people trying to get their job done. I work close to engineering, prototype in code, and treat AI tools as part of the craft, not a shortcut around it.

I'm Murray, a lead product designer based in Sydney, Australia. I started in graphic design and advertising, moved into digital agencies, and eventually found my way into product design, which is where I've been for the past seven-plus years. Most of my career has been in enterprise SaaS.
